The fundamental choice- "To Think or not to Think?" (Thought of the Day)

Upon returning home at the end of a work day, I sit alone and think about the day, what I have learned, how productive I have been and all that has been drilled into my head time and again about living. Be successful and make a fortune! While the fact remains that we don’t have a clue as to how to do it…

Whenever we look at an unusual and attractive construction, we see that the building is very pleasing to look at, we neglect thinking about or praising the strong foundations that hold the structure up. It is the same when we think about other people, we look at how charming and wealthy they are or how sculpted their bodies look, we do not think about how much work went into acquiring wealth or how many hours were put in at the gym to get that sculpted physique. Our thoughts are basically shallow while it is in our thoughts that the basic fundamentals of life should come in. When I talk about my life; it means that I am completely responsible for it. Either I make it or i break it.

What is essential to be a winner? What is he supposed to do? He must decide whether he wants to win in the race or just be a participating athlete. In this case it is all about primary choice.
The idea is that there are many different paths from one point to another, but there is only one path that leads you to your goal.

What is our fundamental choice?

In my opinion, our fundamental choice would be our commitment to our self; it’s all about being true to what is most important to us. All things begin with a choice. We become what we choose. So why don’t we choose to think about ourselves; there are only two options available in each and every situation arising before us… “Take it or leave it”.

In this case we have two fundamental choices “to think or not to think”.

If we consider about making a choice we have to think about primary choice that is called “Focus on Self”. Primary choice is that on which we make major decisions, creations and results. In short primary choice is all about what we wish to be. For this we have to think; it will not come all of sudden.

After primary choice we have another choice; how to go about it. Secondary choices are steps we take towards achieving those results. If we will think in a proper way only then can we take the decision.

That’s why our first thought process itself start from thinking, when we chose to think about our primary choice only then we will think further about our action plan to full fill it.

It is said “What I think is who I am”.

So the first step for any decision is to think, yet we don’t. Why are we not thinking! The reason behind it is we don’t choose to think, we have lots of excuses for it.

Most people stop when they fail in their first time decision. Rest stop after they have failed tenth time.

We forget that great people never stop until they find a way. There is always a way and you can find it if you are willing to change your approach.

On the other hand, if you are evaluating a choice where the important characteristics may be hidden, then making a fast judgment is not such a good idea. This is only possible with your fundamental choice of thinking.

Isn’t that a powerful thought? I never thought about that before I realized power of thinking.

We will get high on life! This choice of thinking creates an empowering feeling in you because you are taking control of your own life. That is not bad to start with. Try it for yourself you will end up with a loads of wonders in your life.
